Do not sell or share

Ervona does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of on that front; it is simply not something we do.

Preferences & product analytics Optional storage that would help us understand and improve the product. We do not run any today. This switch reflects your consent if we ever add it.

Other rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold (such as your account email, subscription status, saved settings and business profile, and any connected-mailbox details). You can erase everything yourself at any time — Account → Delete my account & data permanently wipes your profile, settings, CRM maps, analytics and inbound-agent history, and revokes any connected mailbox, no request needed. To exercise any other right, email privacy [at] ervona.ai from your account email. When you work a list with the Chrome extension, your CRM and lead data stay in your browser. Two optional features do run on our servers: the Inbound Agent, which processes the email it answers, and Ervona Desk, which stores the lead list for each campaign it works. Both are explained in the Privacy Policy.
