How you get in.
Password, email, two-step verification, and your sign-in PIN.
Password & email
Checking…
A code from your authenticator app, on top of your password. Works on the website and in the extension.
Scan this with your authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code it shows.
Can't scan? Enter this key manually:
On. You'll enter a code from your authenticator app each time you sign in.
Sign-in PIN
A PIN keeps billing and account changes behind an extra step. Setting your first one, or clearing a forgotten one, needs a code we email you.
Reply tracking.
Connect a mailbox so your reports can show which emails actually got replies.

Leaving.
Sign out, or permanently delete everything tied to your account.
This permanently erases everything tied to your account: your business profile, settings, CRM maps, every send, open and reply record, and your inbox agent with its message history. It also disconnects your mailbox. There is no undo, and emails you already sent stay sent.
This moved to your desk
What you sell now lives at desk.ervona.ai, under Persona and guardrails → What you sell. It sits next to the persona that writes from it, and next to the objection answers drafted out of it. Nothing was lost in the move.
It was edited in three places and every save rewrote the whole profile, which is how an edit here could quietly drop the answers you wrote over there. One editor, one writer, no surprises.
Templates
Create the email and text messages Ervona uses during a run. Details such as {name}, {company}, and {amount} are filled from each CRM record.
Run settings
Control sending, pacing, safety checks, and CRM updates. Changes sync to the extension.
Never email these domainshard block · always skipped
This is a hard stop. The extension checks the recipient before it sends. If the email belongs to a domain listed below, Ervona skips that CRM record and does not email it.
Enter one domain per line, then press Save templates & rules. Do not include an email address. Blocking example.com also blocks every subdomain, such as mail.example.com.
Sendinghow each email goes out
Use {name}, {company}, or {amount} to pull details from the CRM record.
Pacing & limitsdelays and daily stop
A batch stops on its own: at the record limit or the stop time, whichever comes first. The wait between sends is random, somewhere between your min and max, so your outreach paces like a person, not a machine.
SMS quiet hoursTCPA · texts only 8 AM–9 PM local
There's no true location signal. We guess the recipient's time zone from their phone's area code. That's the best signal we have, but it isn't where they actually are: numbers move with people, so a number can live anywhere. This lowers your TCPA risk. It does not guarantee compliance, and you are still responsible for consent and quiet hours. Federal TCPA allows texts 8 AM to 9 PM local time; some states are stricter, so set a narrower window if you need to. Numbers we can't place (non-US, toll-free, or an unknown area code) are skipped, never texted.
Compliance guardsadvanced · on by default
These are the checks that stop a record before it is emailed. They are yours to set. Leave them on unless you know why you want them off, and read the note under each one first.
Two things here are not switches. Someone who replies STOP or unsubscribes to you is suppressed everywhere, on every channel, permanently. And when Salesforce itself refuses an opted-out send, the email never left, so there is nothing to turn on. Everything above is about your own CRM's checkboxes, which only you know the meaning of. You stay responsible for the mail you send.

Send & Advance
Your pipeline in one table: the stages a record passes through, which email goes out at each one, and where it moves after that email sends.
Type the field label exactly as your CRM shows it.
Email tracking
Control reply reporting and choose which addresses Ervona should ignore.
Add coworkers, partners, vendors, and your own company domain. Use one address or domain per line.
These messages are not tracked or stored. A domain also covers its subdomains.

See what is mapped and manage optional texting and note controls. Mapping is completed from the extension inside your CRM.
- Email
Always required. Map it from the extension inside your CRM. - Texting and notes
Optional. Turn them on below, then map them from the extension. - CRM organization
One organization can be connected to each Ervona account. - Re-map a record type
