Something not working?

The popup says "not on your CRM"

You're just on the wrong tab. Click over to your CRM tab. Badge still gray on a CRM page? Reload that tab once. That wakes the Ervona extension up on the page.

"Start Batch" doesn't seem to do anything

Start Batch works best from a split view. Click a record first so the list stays open on the left, then press Start Batch. A table or kanban view works too: Ervona gathers the records and tries to open each one by its link. But that path isn't confirmed on every setup yet. If it gathers records and then stalls, switch to split view. One more thing: Batch never emails the same person twice in a row. So if your only test record just got an email, it gets skipped on purpose. Open the Activity log in the popup to watch exactly what it's doing.

Nothing is being sent

Check Dry run first. It's a practice mode: emails get written but nothing goes out. Once everything looks right, turn it off in Settings → Engine Rules. Also: on the free plan, sending stops at 50 emails a day, and the popup shows your count.

SMS isn't sending

Text follow-ups come with Ervona Desk. On Free and Solo, the agent sends email only, even if the toggle is on.

Billing, plans & refunds

Plans are billed through Stripe, and you can cancel anytime. You keep everything until your paid period ends, then you drop back to the free plan. No surprise cutoff. To upgrade, use the plan buttons in the popup or Settings → Account. Need an invoice, a refund, or a plan change? Just email us.

Your data, in plain English

Ervona works with your CRM right in your browser, inside your own login. When you work a list with the extension, your lists and records are not copied to Ervona merely to run that outreach. Ervona Desk is the exception: it works a list on our servers, so it stores that campaign's leads on your account. Open/reply tracking is on by default: we store just the recipient's address and the subject line, so we can match up opens and replies for your reports. Turn it off anytime. Two details worth knowing. Opens are only counted where an invisible image can be put in the email before it goes: what the extension sends, what you write in the Salesforce console, and, if you grant that separate permission, what you write in Gmail or Outlook on the web. Desk open tracking is also on by default and can be turned off for a campaign; email you send from your own mail app never carries Ervona's tracking image, so it can show a reply but not an Ervona-tracked open. And once you connect a mailbox, we record the one-to-one email you send from it yourself (address, subject, and time, never the body), leaving out replies, forwards, anything sent to more than one person, and any domain you put in the "Internal domains" and "Partner domains" boxes in your inbox settings, which is worth doing the day you connect it.
