Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
We keep this simple: Ervona uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make the product work. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data sold to anyone.
1. What are cookies & local storage?
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a related browser feature for remembering small preferences. Both let a site recognize your browser between visits — for example, to keep you signed in.
2. What we use
Strictly necessary
- Authentication session. When you sign in, we store a session token so you don't have to log in on every action. In the extension this lives in your browser's extension storage; on the web it's a secure cookie or local storage set by our authentication provider.
- Privacy choice. We store your cookie choice (
ervona-cookie-choice) in local storage so we don't ask you again on every visit.
Payments
- Stripe. If you go through checkout, Stripe may set cookies necessary for secure payment processing and fraud prevention.
What we don't use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No cross-site tracking or data brokers.
- No selling or sharing of your data for advertising.
3. Managing your choices
You can accept or limit non-essential storage from the banner shown on your first visit, or anytime on the Your privacy choices page. Strictly necessary items can't be switched off because the service won't function without them. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may sign you out.
4. Changes
If our cookie usage changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date.
