Which CRMs does Ervona work with?

The extension works with Salesforce® (Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities) and HubSpot®. It uses the same screens your reps already use, so it fits your setup with no admin work and no integration project; HubSpot support is newer than Salesforce's and still catching up on a few features. Ervona Desk connects to Salesforce® and HubSpot® on the server side too, builds campaign audiences from your pipeline and saved lists, and files what happens back onto the record.

Do I need IT approval to use this CRM automation?

The extension needs no IT project. It runs in your browser, inside the CRM session you're already signed into, so a rep can add it in the morning and work a list that afternoon. Ervona Desk is different: its always-on Salesforce connection is created inside Salesforce by whoever administers it, a ten-minute job we walk you through. And whether your company wants sign-off for a new tool is your policy, we can't answer that for you.

Is automated sales follow-up safe for my sender reputation?

Yes, it's built to be. Sends go out with natural gaps, in small batches, and stop on your schedule. Bounced and opted-out records get skipped. And no lead ever gets the same pitch twice.

What happens when something fails mid-record?

The agent tracks each record step by step: email, text, note, status. If a step fails, it retries that record and re-runs only the missing steps. Nobody gets a repeat email. The post-run report shows exactly what happened.

Do you see my customer data?

No. We never take a copy of your CRM. The extension reads and writes records inside the session you are already signed into, so there is no export and no sync, and those records never reach our servers. We store only three things: your login email, your subscription, and the business profile you save. One more thing is on by default: email tracking logs each send and its opens and replies to build your reports, and you can switch it off or delete the data anytime. And Ervona Desk, if you connect a mailbox to it, processes the email it answers for you. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.

What is Stage Sync?

Working a lead changes its stage, and most reps forget to log it. Stage Sync moves the status forward on its own after every send (1st attempt, 2nd, and so on). Ervona Desk spots milestones too, like an application going out, and queues the change for you to apply in one click. Your pipeline stays accurate without the manual clicks. On Growth and Ervona Desk, currently on Salesforce; coming to HubSpot.

How does the Ervona Desk trial work?

Seven days, full product. You pick monthly or annual at checkout, the card goes on file, and the subscription starts on day 7 unless you cancel first. Cancel any time before then and you are not charged. The trial is the full product. Replies the desk drafts wait for your approval until you switch that off, on the trial and after it alike, and sending is capped at 50 emails a day until the subscription starts. Texting also starts with the subscription.

What is the 30 day guarantee, and how is it verified?

If the desk hands you zero warm conversations in the 30 days after your first campaign starts, that month is free. The clock starts when your first campaign does, not while you are still connecting a mailbox and setting up your domain, so setup time never eats the guarantee. You don't even have to ask: the desk checks its own record when the window closes, and if the count is zero we refund your first month to your card (on annual billing, a month's worth: a twelfth of the year). The one condition is that the desk really ran: at least 100 emails sent inside the window, which normal pacing clears in the first week. A warm handoff is recorded the moment the desk routes a real reply to you, and both sides check the same record: your Handoffs tab shows a live count, and every claim is verified from counts and dates only. Nobody at Ervona reads your conversations or your pipeline to check a claim, and the record is written by the desk itself. You can mark a handoff acknowledged, but nobody, including us, can add one or delete one after the fact, so neither side can move the number that decides the claim.

What's actually free?

The free plan sends up to 50 emails a day, forever. No card, no expiry. That's enough to prove it on your own list. Solo raises the cap to 500 a day and is the extension for one person. Growth is the whole extension at 1,000 a day, and adds SMS follow-up and Stage Sync. Ervona Desk is the autonomous AI SDR: it works the list on its own, answers your own mailbox as well as its own, and removes every cap. Running a whole team? Enterprise gives every rep their own desk with an admin console.

How many CRM orgs can I connect?

One per account, on every plan. Your whole account works one CRM org. You can switch to a different org anytime from Map My CRM. Switching deletes the saved mapping for the old org, so you'd re-map the new one. That takes about 30 seconds per record type.
