Reporting: track opens and repliesOn by default. Ervona stores each email's recipient address and subject line in your account to build these reports. Turn it off anytime, and delete the stored data below. Open pixels can also affect deliverability. Replies are the reliable number.

Rates are email-only: texts and notes aren't open-tracked. See them in the Outbound report. Every rate divides by the emails that arrived. A bounce still counts as sent, but it never counts against your open or reply rate.

Best send time
Ranked by reply rate, the reliable signal. Open rates over-count because some inboxes pre-load images. The three tables above are re-counted in your browser so the hour and subject filters can work, and they divide by every email that went out, which is the number in their Sent column. The tiles at the top of this page divide by the emails that arrived, so a period with bounces in it reads a little lower here.
Delete report data
Erases the tracked sends behind both reports: emails, texts, notes and stage updates, with their opens and replies. Emails you already sent are unaffected; this only forgets that we recorded them. It cannot be undone. To stop recording in the first place, turn reporting off with the switch above.
