Please include your account email and, for a bug, a short description of what you did and what happened.
Getting started
- Install the Ervona SDR extension in Chrome and pin it from the puzzle-piece menu.
- Open the popup and create your account — the free plan (10 emails/day) is active immediately.
- Open Settings and write your templates, then set your engine rules (batch size, delays, dry run).
- Open a split-view list in your CRM (Leads or Opportunities), click a record, and press Start Batch — or Send One for just the current record.
Troubleshooting
The popup says "not on your CRM"
You're on a different tab. Switch to your CRM tab. If the badge stays gray on a CRM page, reload that tab once so the extension loads on the page.
"Start Batch" doesn't seem to do anything
Batch mode walks a docked list. Make sure you opened a split-view list (the list stays docked on the left) and clicked a record. Batch also skips records you've recently pitched — if your only test record was just sent to, it will be skipped as a duplicate. Open the Activity log in the popup to see exactly what it's doing.
Nothing is being sent
Turn Dry run off in Settings → Engine Rules once you've confirmed the composer fills correctly. On the free plan, sending stops after your daily limit — the popup shows the counter.
SMS isn't sending
SMS follow-up is available on the Pro and Unlimited plans. On Free and Starter, the agent runs email-only regardless of the toggle.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime — you keep access until the end of your paid period, then drop to the free plan. To upgrade, use the plan buttons in the popup or Settings → Account. For invoices, refunds, or plan changes, email us.
Privacy & data
Your CRM and lead data never leave your browser — the agent reads and writes it inside your CRM session. See our Privacy Policy for what we do and don't collect, and Your privacy choices to manage cookies.
