What you sell
Everything your AI-written emails know about your business starts here. Syncs to the Ervona extension.
The AI pulls these from your site. Remove anything it got wrong and add anything it missed. Your emails are written from this list.
Products, value props & guardrails start from the AI prefill and sync to the extension. To fine-tune them, open the extension's Business tab.
What the agent sends
Write it once. {name}, {company} and {amount} fill in for each person automatically. The body is rich text, so bold, lists and links all work. A run sends whichever template is set active.

Pacing & limitsdelays and daily stop
A batch stops on its own: at the record limit or the stop time, whichever comes first. The wait between sends is random, somewhere between your min and max, so your outreach paces like a person, not a machine.
SMS quiet hoursTCPA · texts only 8 AM–9 PM local
There's no true location signal. We guess the recipient's time zone from their phone's area code. That's the best signal we have, but it isn't where they actually are: numbers move with people, so a number can live anywhere. This lowers your TCPA risk. It does not guarantee compliance, and you are still responsible for consent and quiet hours. Federal TCPA allows texts 8 AM to 9 PM local time; some states are stricter, so set a narrower window if you need to. Numbers we can't place (non-US, toll-free, or an unknown area code) are skipped, never texted.

Stage SyncGrowth / Scale
Keeps each lead’s status in step with your outreach. Off by default.
⚠ Stage Sync acts on whatever record type you’re on, and each type uses different status fields. Open a Lead, Opportunity, or Account, note which it is, and map that type’s exact field name(s) and value(s) below. Nothing moves until it’s mapped. If a name doesn’t match your CRM, Stage Sync logs it and skips it, so nothing wrong moves.
The field’s label, not a value. Type it exactly as your CRM shows it next to the edit pencil (like “Status Detail”). Ervona opens “Edit <this>”, so it must match letter for letter.
List your values in the order they run (1st → 2nd → …). Ervona reads where the record is now and moves it to the next one. You never have to name the step. Add every step you use; each send moves one forward. Copy each value exactly as the dropdown spells it (“1st Attempt”, not “1st”). A value that doesn’t match is never advanced.
Lead Status is a separate field Ervona only reads, never edits: while it still equals this value the agent owns the lead and keeps stepping the status field above. Once a human moves it past this, Ervona stops touching it.
Opportunities have no separate gate: the Stage is the field. Ervona only advances a stage that’s in your order above, so an opportunity past your last step is left alone.
Fields to set. For dependent picklists, parent first (Lead Status), then the dependent (Status Detail).
Email analyticsopens & replies
See which subjects and templates get replies. Only your account can read it, never sold, delete anytime.
Mapping modules
Short recordings that teach Ervona your CRM's layout, saved to your account. You map one module at a time, per record type. One CRM org per account (every plan): mapping a different org from the extension switches your account to it and clears the old org's mapping. Email is the always-on essentials (the composer + record fields), mapped via Map My CRM. Texting and notes are optional: activate one here and a “Map texting” / “Map notes” card appears in the extension console on your CRM, where mapping takes about 20 seconds. Use the × next to any record type below to re-map just that one. Your other modules stay put. Re-mapping runs in the Ervona extension (popup, Map My CRM).

Status advance
Part of your CRM mapping: the status field Ervona steps forward after each send, and the order it walks. Edit it in Engine rules → Stage Sync.

Your inbound AI assistant
Connect your inbox and a named assistant answers your inbound leads: as drafts you approve, or automatically while you're away. It knows what you sell, and replies come from your own address. On Scale, each of your 3 profiles connects their own mailbox, and replies are counted by the mailbox, so every rep's numbers stay their own.
